He not only made the initial presentation to us himself, he worked alongside his crew to install the windows. Our house was built in the mid 1940′s and has a long history of being a rental. As such, it was necessary to make numerous repairs to the original windows, which were of various styles. Mike and his crew easily worked with the variuo challenges that arose. They went out of their way to purchase material ( at no extra cost to us ) so the work they did matched the original style of the house. Always courteous and professional, they kept us up to speed as the work progressed: communicating any changes they thoght were necessary. Not only was the craftsmanship exceptional, but the crew left our hiuse spotless after the work was complete. The rebates and energy incentives discussed during the initial presentation came in as promised. From start to finish, we were impressed with Mike and his crew. Their work made amazing changes to our house.
